Peugeot 806 power window failure
Summary of the thread
After replacing the battery in a 2002 Peugeot 806, the power windows stopped functioning, and the standard reset procedures failed. The issue may be due to a software lock that requires professional diagnostic tools to reset. A workshop visit is recommended for recalibrating the window regulators to resolve the problem.

Yes, I've tried the standard up/down holding method multiple times. Also, I tried various adaptations with the diagnostic device, without success. Did you manage to solve it yourself, or did you need special equipment?

I spent hours trying different software adaptations and reset procedures, but to no avail. Eventually, I took it to a workshop. It turned out to be a software lock that they reset with their professional diagnostic tools. They recalibrated the window regulators, and the issue was resolved.

Thanks for the information! I suspected it might require a more in-depth reset. I'll take it to a workshop. The repair ultimately cost me 290€, for anyone else facing a similar problem.

I had a similar problem with my 806. The window reset procedure seemed to fail repeatedly after disconnecting the battery. Have you tried any specific reset procedures, or are you just using the standard up/down holding method?
