Peugeot 806 Radio Error

My 2000 Peugeot 806, gasoline engine, is giving me radio grief at 145953 km. "Error" message pops up, audio's dead, and the error memory's full. Suspect a defective antenna. Anyone seen this before?

I've got a Peugeot 806 too, though I don't remember the year. Had similar symptoms. I was getting error messages on the infotainment, audio cutting in and out, and yeah, codes being thrown. Was your signal strength always bad or did it degrade over time?

Signal was okay-ish, but definitely degraded over time. You think it's the antenna then?

Sounds identical. I'd bet on the antenna being the culprit. Saved myself the headache and took it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the antenna and replaced it. Cost around 255€.

Cheers. That's what I needed to know. Just got mine fixed, new antenna, and it cost me 255€. All good now.
