Signal was okay-ish, but definitely degraded over time. You think it's the antenna then?

Sounds identical. I'd bet on the antenna being the culprit. Saved myself the headache and took it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the antenna and replaced it. Cost around 255€.

Cheers. That's what I needed to know. Just got mine fixed, new antenna, and it cost me 255€. All good now.

I've got a Peugeot 806 too, though I don't remember the year. Had similar symptoms. I was getting error messages on the infotainment, audio cutting in and out, and yeah, codes being thrown. Was your signal strength always bad or did it degrade over time?
