Thanks for the quick reply! Engine performance seems normal, no obvious signs of wear on the pulley itself. The belt seems correctly aligned. So, you're saying the belt tensioner might really be the culprit?

Given your description, yes, it does sound very much like the belt tensioner issue I encountered. The belt handover failing is a telltale sign. While you could try further diagnostics, I would suggest consulting a trusted workshop to avoid potential damage. I ended up paying 455€ for the repair.

Thanks a lot for the confirmation! I'll take it to my local mechanic, I was afraid it might be a bigger issue. I'll post here when it's fixed.

I had something similar with my 807, though I didn't diagnose it myself. Belt squeal was the first sign. Is the tensioner pulley showing any signs of wear? How's the engine performance been lately? Have you checked the serpentine belt for proper alignment? If it's the tensioner, you'll want to get it sorted quickly.
