Peugeot 807 massage seat switch issue

Hello, I have a 2003 Peugeot 807 with a gasoline engine. The massage seat switch isn't working. The massage function can't be switched on, and there's an error stored. Could it be a defective cable or plug connection?

I had a similar issue on my 807. Does the seat motor itself make any noise when you try to activate the massage setting?

No, there is no noise at all from the seat motor when I try to turn on the massage function.

Then it's likely the switch failure I encountered. I recommend a workshop visit. It will be the most reliable way to diagnose and resolve this issue.

Thanks for the help. I went to a workshop. It was a defective cable or plug connection, as suspected. The repair cost 95€.
