The OBD2 port is usually under the dashboard, near the steering column. The error code will be displayed on the scanner screen once you connect and run a diagnostic scan. While it seems unrelated, modern car systems are heavily integrated. Thanks for the help. I went to a workshop, and it was an incorrect smartphone pairing. They reset it and paired my phone correctly for 45€. Everything's working now.
