Peugeot Boxer water sensor malfunction

Wiring looks ok. Could be internal corrosion, I suppose. The error code nails it to the water sensor. Would you suggest replacing the moisture sensor completely, or is there any point checking those connections for continuity?

If the code's specific and you've checked the easy stuff, I'd lean towards a faulty sensor or wiring. Checking continuity is a good idea if you have the tools. But honestly, chasing electrical gremlins can be a nightmare. With these symptoms I would suggest you should schedule an appointment, as it could be something simple like replacing the sensor, for around 95€.

Cheers for the advice! Sounds like I've poked around enough for one weekend. Booking it in, and hopefully, it's just a sensor swap. Fingers crossed it's a quick fix! Appreciate the help!

Water sensor issue on a Boxer, eh? Rough running and check engine light, classic signs. Have you checked the sensor's wiring harness and plug for any obvious damage – corrosion, loose connections, that kind of thing? Is the error code pointing specifically to the sensor, or is it a general 'engine management' fault?
