Peugeot Expert Check Engine Light
Summary of the thread
A 2006 Peugeot Expert is experiencing a persistent check engine light, suspected to be related to the air supply system. The initial suspicion is a defective connection from the pump to the valve. A suggestion is made to check for vacuum leaks in the throttle body, as brittle hoses can cause such issues. The problem is resolved by identifying and replacing a cracked hose, confirming the initial suspicion.

Thanks! Where exactly should I be looking on the throttle body? Any specific hoses or connections that are known to cause trouble?

Honestly, it's hard to say exactly without seeing it. The hoses get brittle over time. I'd give them all a good wiggle and see if anything changes. If you're not comfortable, a workshop will sort it quickly.

Cheers! I appreciate the input. Turns out it was a cracked hose just like you said! Cost me 175€ to get it sorted.

I had a similar issue with my Peugeot Expert. Check the throttle body for vacuum leaks, that's usually the culprit. Could also be an air intake issue somewhere.
