No, no damage that I'm aware of. I thought about checking the antenna connection, but I'm not really sure where to start looking for it in this model. Any advice?

Given the absence of any known physical damage, and your hesitation to disassemble components without specific guidance, I would suggest consulting a qualified vehicle electronics technician. The diagnostic process may involve signal testing and circuit analysis, tasks which often require specialized tools and expertise. Based on your initial assessment, if it is the antenna indeed, it would cost around 255€.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions and the cost estimate. I took it to a local workshop, and they confirmed it was indeed the antenna. New antenna, cost me 255€ as you predicted, and the radio is working perfectly again.

I understand your frustration with the radio reception issue. Given the symptoms you've described – the error message, audio system malfunction, and the error code pointing towards the antenna – a defective antenna seems like a plausible diagnosis. Has the vehicle been exposed to any physical damage recently, such as low-hanging branches or automated car washes?
