Peugeot iOn Battery Issue

Interesting! So, the symptoms were practically identical. In my case, it never got to the point where the car was completely dead, but it was close. Did your mechanic confirm a faulty battery sensor? How did you fix it?

Yep, identical! Mine almost left me stranded, like a phone with 1% battery. Honestly, I just took it to the workshop. They ran some diagnostics and figured it out pretty quickly. Best to let the pros handle it, in my opinion.

Thanks for sharing. It's reassuring to know someone else had the same issue. I suspected the battery sensor, and it seems like that might be the case. I will visit the workshop to diagnose the electrical system and replace the battery sensor. Repair cost should be around 315€. Thanks again!

Whoa, sounds familiar! I've got an iOn too, and I had almost the exact same symptoms a while back. Weak lights, error messages popping up... it was like the car was slowly fading away, like a dying lightbulb. Was the battery actually dead?
