Yes, I have a multimeter. Could you specify the anticipated voltage at the mirror connector when the heating is activated? This would greatly assist my troubleshooting.

You should generally expect to see approximately 12V at the mirror connector when the heating element is activated. If there is no voltage present, the cable or plug connection is likely at fault. Given that an error code is also present, it is arguably the best action to have a workshop check this further using diagnostic tools.

Understood. Thanks for confirming my suspicions and for the voltage information. I appreciate your advice and will proceed with having the vehicle inspected by a qualified workshop. The estimated repair cost is 95€.

A defective mirror heating system on a Peugeot iOn isn't unheard of, especially given the mileage and model year. Check the fuses first to rule out a simple electrical fault. Do you have a multimeter to test for voltage at the mirror connector itself?
