Thanks for the info! Where exactly was the loose connection located? Was it easy to access?

On mine, it was the plug connecting to the switch itself. It's tucked up under the seat, so not immediately obvious. You have to feel around for it. Honestly, if you're not comfortable fiddling with car upholstery, or if you don't have the right tools, it might be best to have a workshop take a look at it. A defective cable or plug connection seems to be the likely cause. It could prevent the massage function from activating correctly.

Ok, thanks for the advice! I'll check the connection, but probably take it to a shop. They quoted me 95€ for diagnostics and repair, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Hey! I had a similar issue with my iOn. The massage seat just quit. Does the error memory say anything specific, or just a generic error code? For me it turned out to be a loose connection under the seat. Worth checking before you go too deep. By the way, the massage chair uses a small electric seat motor to create the massage effect.
