Thank you for your quick answer! As I am not very familiar with the Zoe I am not aware of that model details. Could you please explain where I can find the DC-DC converter, and what I should be looking for when testing it?

Given the risk of electrocution, I would advise you not to poke around without experience. In my Zoe the problems were so severe that I went to the garage to avoid damaging the car and possibly harm myself. For me, it was exactly as the mechanic said: the DC-DC converter had gone rogue and was pumping out way too much voltage. Get the car to a qualified mechanic before more damage is done. Also, are the systems failing intermittently or continuously?

I appreciate you confirming a comparable experience! Following your advice, I took the Peugeot to a workshop. A defective battery was indeed the problem. Repair cost was approximately 290€. Many thanks again!

That sounds eerily familiar! I had similar overvoltage issues with my Renault Zoe. I was getting power surges all over the place, and it turned out to be a dodgy voltage regulator causing havoc. Have you checked the alternator output? A failing alternator can sometimes cause voltage spikes that fry other components. Given you have an electric vehicle, that would be something else, like the DC-DC converter outputting too much voltage. Have you checked that?
