Interesting. How long did you disconnect the 12V battery for? Any issues with other systems after reconnecting? I'm wary of messing with the electronics and potentially causing more problems.

I left it disconnected for about 30 minutes, just to be sure. After reconnecting, I had to re-enter the radio code, but that was it. No other weirdness. Honestly, though, if you're not comfortable with it, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They can use a proper scan tool to clear the codes and make sure everything is running as it should. It might save you a headache. Plus, they can check if there are any underlying issues causing the problem.

Thanks for the advice! Turns out, the error cleared itself after a few drive cycles. The readiness check is now complete. No cost to repair. Appreciate the help!

Whoa, sounds familiar! I had a similar OBD readiness issue on my 2016 Renault Zoe after diagnostics. The check engine light was on and I was getting nowhere. Have you tried disconnecting the 12V battery for a while? It sounds like a simple computer reset, but sometimes that's all it takes to clear the codes and reset the system. Might be worth a shot before you start chasing ghosts in the exhaust system – or the lack thereof!
