Peugeot Partner headlight range control fault

I've got a weird one with my 2016 electric Peugeot Partner. I'm getting a headlight range control fault. The error's stored, and a warning light is on. The low beams are either pointing way down or way up. Anyone seen this before? I suspect a defective servomotor in the headlight.

Summary of the thread

A 2016 electric Peugeot Partner is experiencing a headlight range control fault, with the low beams misaligned and a warning light on. The issue is suspected to be caused by a defective servomotor in the headlight. Despite attempts to adjust the headlight switch, no change occurred, leading to the conclusion that a complete headlight replacement is necessary.

Sounds annoying! Does the headlight switch position affect it at all? Also, have you checked the control module?

Good shout! I messed around with the headlight switch, no change at all. Where exactly is the control module located? Is there a fuse specifically for the lighting system I could check?

Without looking at the specifics for your Peugeot Partner, it's hard to say on the location. It's best to get it checked out by a professional.

Roger that. I was afraid of that! Dropped it at the workshop. Looks like it IS the servomotor, a complete headlight replacement is necessary. Ouch, 1040€ down the drain... Thanks!
