Thank you. The starter motor seems fine, and the battery connections are clean. Are there specific fuses related to the ignition switch that I should be looking for?

Without seeing the exact wiring diagram for your Partner model, I couldn’t tell you precisely which fuse. If you've checked the obvious things like the starter and battery, and you're still having trouble, the best bet would be to take it to a workshop. They have the proper tools and diagnostic equipment to pinpoint the problem. It's much better than guessing and potentially causing more damage!

I appreciate the advice. It was a faulty fuse, as suspected, related to the ignition circuit. The replacement cost was 52€ Thank you again.

That sounds like a headache! An ignition switch problem can cause strange things. Checking the fuse is always the first thing to do, it's simple and cheap! Has the starter motor been checked? What about the ignition key itself, or the battery terminals and connections? Any signs of corrosion?
