Yes, the infotainment system is functional. I checked the Bluetooth settings, reset them, and tried another smartphone, but the problem persists. Do you think the repair cost would be high?

Okay, if you've tried all that, it's probably not a simple fix. My Renault ended up needing a software refresh at the dealership. I'd suggest going to the workshop for a diagnosis. I'm pretty sure it's an electrical fault.

I visited the workshop today. It was indeed an incorrect pairing, which was fixed. The repair cost me 45€. Your recommendation was spot-on!
