Pixo Electric Seat Failure

Hi, I have a 2009 Nissan Pixo with a gasoline engine. The passenger electric seat has stopped working. The error memory has an error stored and seat adjustment isn't possible. Could this be a discharged battery?

I had a similar issue with my Pixo. Check the seat harness and the connections underneath the seat. A loose or corroded connector can cause the same symptoms. Also, have you checked the fuses?

Thanks! Where exactly is the seat harness located? And which fuse should I be checking?

The seat harness is basically the wiring loom that connects to the seat. It's usually under the seat, running to the adjustment motor. The fuse diagram should be in your owner's manual, but honestly, with electric seats, it might be worth taking it to a workshop if you're not comfortable digging around. Could be a dead motor, or something more complicated than just a fuse.

Okay, I understand. Thanks for the advice! I took it to a shop, and you were right; the battery was heavily discharged, and also the electric seat had a problem, the repair cost was 290€. Now it works fine.
