Pixo mirror heating problem
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Nissan Pixo has a problem with the mirror heating system, as both mirrors fail to heat up and an error code is present. Possible causes include faulty wiring or plug connections, a failed heater element, or a relay issue. It is suggested to inspect the connections behind the mirror glass or where the mirror housing connects to the door, but professional assistance is recommended for those unfamiliar with car electrics.

Where exactly should I be looking for those connections? I'm not too familiar with car electrics, unfortunately.

The connections are usually behind the mirror glass itself or where the mirror housing connects to the door. But if you're not comfortable with electrics, I'd seriously consider taking it to a workshop. Error code plus no heating points to a likely failure; could be the heater element, but it's best to confirm. It could also be a relay. Likely repair cost around 95€.

Thanks! I appreciate the help. I'll take it to a shop and have them check the wiring and the element. Hopefully it's an easy fix!

Hmm, sounds like an electrical fault to me. Have you checked the wiring and plug connections to the mirrors themselves? A faulty connection is a common cause. Especially after winter driving.
