Platina cruise control failure
Summary of the thread
A 2007 Nissan Platina experienced a cruise control failure, with an error stored but no obvious blown fuses. The issue was suggested to be a defective cable or plug connection, particularly around the steering wheel or pedal switch area. After visiting a mechanic, the problem was confirmed to be a defective plug connection, which was repaired.

Thanks! Where exactly is the cruise control component located? Is it accessible without removing the steering wheel?

It's difficult to pinpoint the exact location without a proper diagnosis. Given the error code and your description, and because you've already checked the fuses, I would recommend visiting a workshop. They can pinpoint the defective cable or connection to the cruise control.

Thanks for the advice! Took it to a mechanic, turned out to be a defective plug connection. Cost me 95€ to fix. That's a relief!

I had a similar issue with my Platina. I would suggest checking the cable and plug connection of the cruise control component. A defective connection can cause these symptoms. Start by inspecting around the steering wheel and pedal switch area.
