Presage massage seat switch failure

Oh, that sucks! I had something similar happen in my old Volvo, though it wasn't a massage seat, just the regular seat heater. Drove me nuts! Was it completely dead, or did it flicker at all?

Completely dead, unfortunately. No flicker, no life whatsoever. Just stone cold silence from the massage setting. Any ideas what you did with your Volvo?

Okay, cheers for the advice! Sounds like a trip to the workshop is in order. The error code did point to a cable or plug connection, so hopefully, it's something simple and cheap to fix. I saw something about it costing around 95€ which I hope is the actual cost.
