President Blower Motor AUC Sensor Issue

My 2008 Nissan President with a gasoline engine has a climate control blower motor that's not working. I suspect the AUC sensor. I've checked the wiring diagrams and think it might be a bad cable or plug connection. Has anyone had similar issues with the cabin air sensor, odor sensor, HVAC sensor, or general air conditioning sensor?

AUC sensor issues can be tricky. Have you checked the fuse for the blower motor? Sometimes it's the simple things. Also, do you have a multimeter? Checking the voltage at the sensor connector might give you a clue before replacing anything.

I've checked the blower motor fuse, and it's fine. Could you elaborate on the expected voltage range I should see at the sensor connector? Knowing the correct parameters would help.

Since the fuse is good, and if you are not experienced with this I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. Given the symptoms and your suspicion of the AUC sensor, they should be able to diagnose it quickly and accurately.

Following your recommendation, I consulted a workshop. They confirmed a defective AUC sensor cable connection, as I suspected. The repair, including cable replacement and recalibration, cost 95€. The blower motor is now working. Thanks again for your help.
