Previa hybrid engine issues

Hi, I've got a 2012 Toyota Previa, hybrid engine, with just 38601 km on the clock. Recently, I've noticed higher fuel consumption, reduced engine power, and the engine sometimes stalls at idle. Plus, there's some smoke when accelerating. Could this be related to a leak in the injection system?

Sounds like a petrol issue alright. Has the car's performance been particularly bad lately? Any noticeable loss of power going up hills?

Thanks, will do. The issue was indeed a defective cable/plug connection with the injection system. Repair cost 95€.
