Primera Oil Level Sensor Error

My 2003 Nissan Primera diesel is acting up. Only 58255 km, but I'm getting an oil level sensor error and the oil pressure warning lamp. Could it be a bad cable or plug? Has anyone seen this?

I had a similar experience with my Primera. Is the oil level okay? Double-check that first, even if the sensor is complaining. Have you tried cleaning the sensor connection?

Good call! Oil level's perfect. I was going to clean the connection, but where is that sensor? Any tips on getting to it without taking apart the engine bay?

Okay, good the oil level is fine. I tried cleaning the connection, but the problem stayed. I took it to a shop. They said it was a faulty connection and fixed it.

Thanks! I'll take it to the shop then. They quoted about 95€, so hopefully that'll fix it. Appreciate the advice!
