Thanks for the tip! How did you figure out it was the cable? And no, I'm not really sure how to properly test the sensor itself. Is it difficult?

The malfunction indicator was always coming on. To be honest, I'm not great with the multimeter, so I just took it to a workshop. They confirmed the cable issue immediately. I would recommend you visit a workshop. It cost me 95€.

OK, thanks for the advice! I'll take it to the workshop and get them to have a look at the cable and plug connection. Hopefully, it's an easy fix like yours was.

I had a similar issue with my Primera. It was the water sensor cable or plug connection. Check them properly. Do you know how to test a sensor?
