Prius blower motor failure

My 2018 Toyota Prius (Hybrid engine) fresh air blower stopped working. No air flow, and I've got an error stored. Pretty sure it's the blower motor. Anyone else encountered this? What could cause it?

I had a similar issue with my Prius. Is the air conditioning also not working, or is it just the blower? Did you check the fuse? It might be something very simple.

Thanks! The air conditioning isn't working either since the blower is dead. I thought about the fuse, but where's the blower fuse exactly? Is it easy to access? I'm no expert...

Right, same as mine then. I located the fuse box but honestly, I wouldn't mess with it if you're not familiar. Better to take it to a workshop. I ended up spending 365€ for the repair, it was indeed the blower motor.
