Prius engine smoke and power loss

My 2012 Toyota Prius hybrid (131987 km) has the check engine light on, reduced power, and smoke during acceleration. I think it's the crankcase ventilation valve. Anyone seen this?

Rough idle and smoke were key. It was a defective crankcase ventilation. Get it checked by a workshop to avoid bigger problems.

Thanks for confirming. I'll get the crankcase ventilation system inspected. Repair is about 360€.
