Reverse camera problem on a Seat Arona

Hi everyone, I own a 2020 Seat Arona with an "Altri" engine and 96,000 km. I'm experiencing a problem with several vehicle systems. In particular, when I engage reverse gear, the perimeter sensor box appears on the multifunction screen, but not the camera image. Has anyone had a similar problem or knows how to solve it?
