Probleme mit Carly App und BMW Infotainment-System

Hello everyone, I've been using the Carly app and the Carly OBD adapter for my BMW X5 xDrive 50E (year 2024) since the beginning of the year. When reading out the vehicle, the app shows a poor health status with about 17 errors, although there are no errors on the vehicle itself. Furthermore, I can neither code nor retrieve live engine data because the app doesn't recognize the battery. Does anyone have experience with the new software of BMW's curved display? Are there any special settings I need to make in the app, or do I need to adjust something in the vehicle to enable communication with Carly? Thank you very much in advance for your help!
