(Translated from German)
Summary of the thread
A Mercedes V-Class owner is experiencing issues with non-functional electric windows. Initial troubleshooting suggests checking the fuse and window switch for damage. Start by checking the fuse related to the electric windows in the fuse box. A blown fuse could be the simplest cause of the issue. If the fuse is intact, inspect the window switch for any signs of damage or malfunction. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
Connecting the car with an app and reading it out, and the software doesn't recognize the car, it's not in the register. I actually have problems with the central locking, no idea what's up with the window lifts? Question came?! Regards

Check the battery voltage to ensure it's not too low, as this can affect both the central locking and electric windows. If the battery is fine, inspect the wiring connections to the central locking system for any loose or damaged wires. Let me know if you need further assistance or if you have any updates!

Thank you for your feedback and the friendly reply, but I would prefer that the software for connecting the car works, but not for reading out data. It's simply not registered in the registry. (Carly adapter without connection function for V220 class Mercedes, model years 2001-2003) And I thought maybe you could help me?!

For older models like your V220, some diagnostic tools may not support the vehicle due to compatibility issues. Consider using a dedicated Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tool like the Star Diagnostic System (SDS) or consult a professional mechanic who has access to such tools. These systems are more likely to communicate effectively with your vehicle. Let me know if you have any further questions!
