Audi RS6 engine problems - instability and power loss

Hello colleagues! I have a 2017 Audi RS6 with a gasoline engine and 170,000 km mileage. I recently changed the spark plugs and ignition coils, and the car runs well, but when the engine is warm and I leave it for 15 minutes, when I start it, it starts to misfire, the check engine light flashes, and the engine runs as if on fewer cylinders. The TCE indicator also lights up. Mechanics suggest that it might be the fuel pump or a problem with the oil pressure sensors. If anyone has encountered a similar problem, please share your opinion and advice. Thank you in advance!

Start by checking the fuel injectors for any clogs or issues, as they can cause misfires when the engine is warm. You can try using a fuel injector cleaner to see if it improves the situation. If the problem persists, it might be worth having a professional inspect the fuel system. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Thank you for the answer, I will check this too. It does this when it's warm, then it might clear with diagnostics, and it appears the next day or it depends how much I've driven.

Consider checking the engine's coolant temperature sensor as well. A faulty sensor can send incorrect signals to the engine control unit, affecting fuel mixture and causing misfires when the engine is warm. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask!

She said that after the check engine light comes on, it runs unevenly, as if it's on fewer cylinders. I'll check that sensor. Thanks. After we clear the error, it starts and runs normally, and after a few hours it does it again when starting a warm engine.

Check the condition of the crankshaft position sensor. A failing sensor can cause intermittent misfires and uneven running, especially when the engine is warm. If the sensor is faulty, it may not provide accurate readings to the engine control unit, leading to the issues you're experiencing. Let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions!

And the diagnostics record cylinders
