I can sympathize with you, you feel like you're losing your mind when you hear that constant hissing and whistling. It happened to me once on the highway and let me tell you, it was no fun. Costs a few euros, but if you wait too long, it can be even more expensive. Tell them directly that you suspect a deviation in the boost pressure control and that they should check the sensor. The workshop should be able to solve the problem relatively quickly. In my case, it cost around 600 euros, which wasn't exactly cheap, but nowhere near as expensive as if the turbocharger broke.
