Problems with Carly diagnosis and unexplained charges

Hello everyone, I have had the Carly in my vehicle since 2023 and I have been charged €110.28 for this year. I don't understand why the amount is so high. When I tested the vehicle for errors, Carly said that everything is fine and there are 0 errors. However, this cannot be true as I know there are some faults. Can someone explain to me what could be going on and how I can contact a Carly representative directly? Many thanks in advance. FG Klaus.

So, why does Carly show 0 errors after several minutes of testing, even though there are quite a few? During the previous test runs last year, I was able to clear the errors, the yellow light was off after the engine was restarted, but then came on again permanently. The other error messages were basically irrelevant and in my opinion were caused by e.g. bad contacts (door is not closed and other similar)
