Problems with central locking and key fob on the Toyota Fortuner 2021: experiences and solutions

Hey guys, I'm having some weird issues with my 2021 Toyota Fortuner, gasoline engine. I'm getting problems with the locking system and the key fob. Function restriction central locking could be the problem, but I'm not sure. Have any of you had similar experiences? How did you solve it and what was your workshop experience? Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2019 Toyota Hilux. I have basic car knowledge and if push comes to shove, I can take care of it myself. So I went to my garage and they checked it out. It turned out that the cable connection was faulty. The repair cost me 155.0 euros. So it's solved now, all good. However, to be able to help you further, I would need more information about your vehicle, e.g. have you made any modifications recently? Hope that helps!
