Hey, thanks for the tip! I haven't made any modifications to my car. It now has 195246 KM on it and was last serviced 2 months ago. Next time I'll probably go back to the garage. I hope the solution is as simple as yours!

Hi, don't worry, it's a good thing you haven't made any modifications. With so many miles on it, many things could be the trigger, but based on my experience, it could actually be the cable connection. Maybe you're lucky and it's nothing serious. Inspection is definitely the way to go. Please report back to us what the garage finds, it might help others having similar problems too. Good luck!

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2019 Toyota Hilux. I have basic car knowledge and if push comes to shove, I can take care of it myself. So I went to my garage and they checked it out. It turned out that the cable connection was faulty. The repair cost me 155.0 euros. So it's solved now, all good. However, to be able to help you further, I would need more information about your vehicle, e.g. have you made any modifications recently? Hope that helps!
