Hi, I had a similar problem with my Audi Q7 (built in 2014). My experience with cars is rather limited as I am not a car mechanic, but I can say that I was satisfied with my garage. In my case, the cable connection to the outside door handle electronics was defective. The problem was solved by replacing the defective cable connection. The cost was 170 euros.
