Hey, thanks for your reply. Yes, I have already checked that. The system version is the latest. I'm currently at 85320 km and the last service was only recently. But this has never happened to me before. I'll probably have to contact my garage too. Hopefully it won't cost too much! Thanks for the info!

No problem, always happy to help! Good to hear that you have the latest system version. That's a good start. With 85320 km and a recent service, the car should be running well. But as you say, sometimes unexpected problems occur. I really hope it's nothing major and that the repair costs remain low. Keep us posted on what the garage says. We all learn from such experiences. Good luck!

Hey, thanks for your support! Yeah, I think the garage is really my best starting point. When I know more, I'll keep you posted. I also hope that the problem isn't too far-reaching and that the costs remain within reasonable limits. But you never know, with technology there can always be surprises. Thanks again for your help and for the words of encouragement!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my BMW 5 series (model year 2013, gasoline engine). My knowledge level of cars is rather low, and I definitely had to rely on my garage for the solution. What I did was that I drove to my garage and described the problem. They then found that the coding data was invalid and therefore the sat nav and audio system were not working. The repair cost me 75 euros. Have you found out what system version your car has? That might provide more information that could help me to help you better.
