(Translated from German)
Summary of the thread
An Opel Astra owner is experiencing a check engine light issue and is unable to connect a Carly adapter to the ECU, despite having an active subscription. Possible causes include a malfunctioning OBD-II port or a faulty adapter. Suggested solutions include testing the port with another diagnostic tool and inspecting it for damage. Check if the OBD-II port is functioning properly by trying another diagnostic tool or adapter. If the issue persists, inspect the port for any visible damage or debris. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
Hello Thanks for the answer I think since the car is new I got it a week ago I do not assume that the connection does not work I unfortunately do not have a second adapter will then have to go to opel

It's a good idea to have Opel check it out, especially since it's a new car. They can ensure everything is functioning correctly and address any potential issues under warranty. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask!
