Problems with the check engine light and battery registration on a Ford Ka

The check engine light is on, and I'm having trouble registering the new Varta battery with the Carly App full version for the Ford Ka. After many hours of searching, I gave up. Also, the start-stop symbol and the yellow warning symbol sporadically light up and only go out when the vehicle is switched off, before the whole thing starts again. Has anyone had similar experiences or any tips on how I can solve these problems? Thank you in advance!
