Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2018 Mercedes GLA Class. I only have a little experience with cars. So I took my car to the garage to fix the problem. In my case, the control unit was faulty and it cost me 1000 euros to replace it. It was quite simple, they replaced it and the seat heating worked perfectly again.
