Problems with the turn signals, radio, and light warning light in a Renault Arkana.

Good day, I have a Renault Arkana with 17,000 km on the odometer and I'm experiencing several problems. The turn signals sometimes blink irregularly, even though they physically function correctly. The radio has no sound, and the white automatic lights indicator is flashing. Everything else seems to be fine. Can you please advise what might be causing these problems and how to solve them? Thank you for your answer.

Start by checking the vehicle's fuses, as a blown fuse can cause electrical issues like irregular turn signals and radio problems. If the fuses are intact, inspect the battery connections for any corrosion or looseness, as poor connections can lead to electrical malfunctions. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Okay, thank you. I'll look into it. It's been to the service center once before; they reinstalled the software, but the problem still occurs intermittently. They'll check it tomorrow, and I'll let you know.

Make sure to mention the previous software reinstallation to the service center, as it might help them diagnose the issue more effectively. If the problem persists after their inspection, consider asking them to check the vehicle's wiring and grounding connections. Keep us updated on the progress, and feel free to ask if you have any more questions!

Today, the mechanic at the service center doesn't know what to do yet because the malfunction manifests irregularly. One day it's fine, the next day there's a problem. Today everything is okay, so we'll see what happens tomorrow. The car is in the service center. The computer doesn't show any errors and apparently they don't know what to repair!? So we'll see tomorrow.

Intermittent issues can be tricky to diagnose. Ask the service center to perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle's electrical system, focusing on the turn signal relay and the connections to the radio and lighting system. Sometimes, loose or faulty relays can cause irregular behavior. Let us know how it goes, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Car from the service is at home. They did a map update. For three days everything was fine, today the onboard computer didn't start at all, black screen. The car drove normally. The radio, navigation, reversing camera didn't work, the screen was non-functional. After two hours it started and everything works normally. The mechanic claims he can't repair what's working properly.?!?

Ask the service center to check the vehicle's main control unit and connections for any signs of loose connections or moisture, as these can cause intermittent issues with the onboard computer. It might also be helpful to document when the problem occurs to identify any patterns. Keep us updated on any developments, and feel free to ask if you have more questions!

The car was in the service again; they found that the computer can no longer be updated, so it has been ordered. The fault should then supposedly be fixed. I will contact you after the computer replacement.

Sounds like a plan. Replacing the computer should address the issue if it's the root cause. Keep us posted on the outcome after the replacement, and let me know if you have any further questions or need assistance!
