Recently the check engine light came on, the engine runs rough, jerks when accelerating and has a loss of power. I have also noticed that it dies and wobbles from time to time when idling. I have a suspicion that the problem could somehow be related to the tank ventilation system. Has anyone had similar experiences and could give me a hint as to what the exact fault could be? Hi, I've had a similar problem with my 2016 Opel Astra. However, I have to say that I know very little about cars. At the garage they found out that the hoses were clogged. I then paid 175.0 euros to get everything in order. It hasn't happened again since. Thanks for the tip, that could possibly be the case with my car too. It now has 152687 km on the clock. But nothing has yet been done to the tank ventilation system. I'll definitely have it checked at the next service. That's really good to know that it didn't happen to you after that. It's good that it hasn't become more expensive!
