Pulsar Bluetooth Handsfree Failure

I'm having an issue with my 2015 Nissan Pulsar diesel. The hands-free system has stopped working. I can't make or receive calls via Bluetooth anymore. The car says there's an error stored, but I can't figure out what it means. I've tried unpairing and repairing my phone, restarting the infotainment system, and checked the Bluetooth settings, but nothing fixes it. Any ideas?

That sounds frustrating! A dead Bluetooth connection is like trying to have a conversation through a tin can. Before you get too worried, have you tried any other phones to rule out an issue with your specific device? Also, has the car's software been refreshed? Sometimes these systems are buggy and need a little refresh.

I tried it with my wife's phone, and it's doing the same thing, so it's the car. As for software, I'm not sure if it's ever been refreshed. Is there a way to check that myself, or do I need to take it somewhere?

Okay, so it's not your phone then. Regarding the software, imagine your car's infotainment system as a computer. Like any computer, it needs refreshed. If you're not sure how to refresh it yourself, I would suggest taking it to a workshop. The error code is pointing towards a defective infotainment system. The repair could cost you around 815€. Better safe than sorry, especially with electronics.

Sounds like it's beyond my capabilities to fix. I'll book it in at a local garage and mention the infotainment system. Hopefully, they can sort it out without too much trouble or expense. Thanks again!
