Puma engine stalling

That sounds frustrating. A faulty tank ventilation valve could definitely cause those symptoms. If the hoses are clogged, it messes with the fuel pressure. Does the engine light come on immediately, or only after driving for a while?

Thanks for the reply! The check engine light usually comes on after driving for about 20-30 minutes, especially if I've been doing a lot of stop-start driving. Does that sound like the ventilation valve issue you were thinking of? I have also read about pressure sensors, could that be related or is it likely something else?

Thanks so much for your help! I took your advice and brought it to a workshop. Turns out the fuel tank ventilation valve hoses were clogged, just like we suspected. They replaced it and cleared the engine light – cost me about 175€. Really appreciate your help in pointing me in the right direction!
