In my case, the lights weren't moving at all during start-up, and the error code specifically pointed to the servomotor circuit. Given the symptoms you described, a defective servomotor is indeed quite possible. Without specific diagnostic tools, pinpointing the exact fault can be tricky. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop; they can properly diagnose the auto-leveling system and replace the faulty component.

Thanks for your help! I took it to the workshop and they confirmed it was indeed the servomotor. Repair cost me 1040€, but at least it's fixed!

I had a similar issue with my Puma (I have adaptive headlights too). Does it seem like the auto-leveling isn't working correctly? When you start the car, the lights should do a little up-and-down dance. If they don't, or if they're just stuck in a weird position, it could be a defective servomotor in the headlight assembly, or even a problem with the headlight switch or the control module. Check if the headlight switch is correctly set.
