Puma power window failure

Hi, I've got a 2021 Ford Puma diesel with a power window issue. None of the windows are working. The error memory shows a fault in the window control system. I'm thinking it might be the power window switch, but has anyone else had this on their Puma? It's done 99010 km.

Sounds like a faulty window regulator. Have you checked the wiring harness in the door jamb for any damage?

Thanks, I haven't checked the wiring harness in the door jamb yet. Would that really stop all the windows working at the same time? I thought each window had its own wiring.

Yes, a break in the main power or ground wire in the harness can knock out all windows. Uncommon, but it happens. Window regulator is the more common issue. Best to get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks for the insights. I had it checked at a workshop, and it was a defective power window switch, like I thought. The repair was about 200€ including parts and labor. I appreciate the help with diagnosing it.
