Puma radar sensor malfunction

It is possible. However, given the complexity of the system and the stored error codes, a diagnostic check at a workshop is advisable to rule out more serious issues.

You were right, it was surprisingly simple. Turns out a bit of road grime was all it took to blind the poor thing. Cleaned the sensor, and everything is back to normal. Cost me 45€ at the shop. Thanks for the nudge!
