Qashqai emergency call system malfunction

I have a 2023 Nissan Qashqai hybrid with 106863 km. The emergency call system is malfunctioning. The error is stored in the error memory, and there's an error message and warning light in the speedometer. Could this be a telematics issue, maybe a defective cable or plug connection?
