Quest NOx Sensor Fault
Summary of the thread
The issue involves a NOx sensor fault in a 2015 Nissan Quest, indicated by a check engine light and error code. A potential cause identified is a bad cable or plug at the sensor. The suggested solution is to have a technician diagnose and possibly replace the faulty sensor or connection.

Thanks! The engine seems fine, no power loss. I don't smell any exhaust inside. Can you tell me more about the problem you had with your Quest?

My symptoms were similar: check engine light, NOx sensor codes, and a slight exhaust smell. Your suspicion about the sensor connection is probably right. I had to take mine to a shop for diagnosis and replacement. Best to get it checked.

Thanks for the advice. I'll get it checked by a technician to address the NOx sensor. I looked around and the repair should be about 95€. Thanks again!

I also drive a Nissan Quest and had exhaust issues. Is the car running normally, or is there any jolting or reduced power? Can you smell exhaust fumes inside?
