Ranger Air Suspension Failure
Summary of the thread
The 2019 Ford Ranger's air suspension is malfunctioning, causing the vehicle to lean, display error messages, and misalign the low beams. The suspected cause is a defective cable or plug connection. A similar issue was resolved by diagnosing and repairing a bad connection, confirming the initial suspicion. The recommended solution is to have the vehicle inspected at a workshop to quickly identify and fix the problem.

I appreciate the information. I considered that. However, if a strut was leaking, wouldn't the compressor still attempt to compensate, or would the errors be similar in either case?

That's a good point. In my case, it turned out not to be the struts themselves, but I would still recommend you take it to a workshop. They diagnosed a bad connection, similar to what you were expecting. They'll pinpoint the problem quickly.

Understood. Thank you for confirming the similarity. The defective cable was the problem as you suspected. Repair cost was 95€. I appreciate the help.

I have a Ranger too, and while my symptoms weren't identical, it does sound vaguely familiar. I had intermittent leveling issues. For me, the car was leaning noticeably when parked on even ground sometimes. Really frustrating. Have you checked the air struts themselves for leaks, beyond the cable?
