Ranger windshield wipers failure

I own a Ranger too, had a similar problem last year. Does your cruise control still work? Mine was affected by the wiper switch.

Interesting, didn't realize the cruise control could be connected. I'll check. What fixed it for you?

Turned out to be a faulty connection in the stalk switch module. I took it to a workshop; they replaced the plug and cable.

Cruise control wasn't working either. Took the Ranger to a mechanic, and they found a defective connection. Total repair cost was 95€.
