RAV4 Central Locking Failure

My 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid's central locking system has stopped working. I can't lock or unlock the doors with the key fob or internal switch. There's also an error code. Has anyone else had this?

I had a similar problem with my RAV4. Check the cable and plug connection of the central locking component. It could be a bad connection.

Unfortunately, I don't know the precise location. The dealer diagnosed it as a bad connection. Since you're getting an error code, I'd suggest a workshop check it out. Probably the same connection issue.

Thanks for the advice. The workshop found a defective plug connection, just like you suspected. The repair was 95€. The central locking is working now.
